  • NeosAI proposes document type, category, and a matching Neos case when one is found. AI-classified rows show a blue-stars icon so reviewers see at a glance which proposals came from NeosAI.
  • Your team reviews and files. Every proposal stays pending until a person clicks Save & File. With your firm's naming format on, documents are renamed to your standard at the moment of filing.
  • Filing can trigger analysis. Toggle Analyze with NeosAI After Filing on, and every filed document gets a summary plus type-specific extractions like Medical Record Extraction.
