Free option: Firms moving to Clio get an onboarding call to discuss what data can and cannot be imported into Clio and set a timeline. Firms then calibrate their data for export and Clio uploads it. After reviewing it for accuracy, firms can start using Clio.
Firms that require additional assistance with their transition have the option to hire a third-party data migration specialist recommended by Clio.

We offer standard and enhanced data conversion options when moving from Clio to Neos. The data types include (but are not limited to) staff, contacts (addresses, phone numbers, online accounts), communications/calendaring, cases, case notes, and more.
