We develop our Neos code base using SAFe Agile with 2-week sprints and standard ceremonies (planning, grooming, standups, demos, retrospectives). Our NPS and Customer Satisfaction scores exceed the industry standard. Our platform is built to ensure consistency and reliability in multi-system environment, while enabling secure data exchanges between interagency systems, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

We provide comprehensive DevSecOps services that seamlessly integrate security into the development lifecycle while optimizing cloud operations and costs. Our expertise in CI/CD, security, compliance, and governance ensures that the solutions we deliver are robust, scalable, highly available, and fully aligned with federal standards, enabling agencies to achieve their mission securely and efficiently.



We are currently audited and attested to SOC 2, Type 2 compliance. We are under contract with our 3PAO for our FedRAMP High Readiness. We apply quarterly application penetration testing and deploy full encryption in transit (FIPS and TLS 1.2 and above) and at rest (full volume encryption via managed service), protecting all application data during communication and when persisted in the databases. Our development, implementation and operational resources are certified by Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS). Our 3rd party redacted audit reports are available to our customers as an inheritance to their audit and compliance process.



Our government cloud operations are designed and deployed using the Well Architected Cloud Framework, including high availability and multi-region configurations. We implement automated scaling solutions to optimize performance during peak usage hours while executing policy-based monitoring, alerting, and production support to ensure operational stability.

We offer the Essential SAFe Class, covering all aspects of SAFe in two sessions. It includes all core modules in addition to an online self-paced course designed as "Refresher Training for SAFe" with nine separate lessons. Custom classes are available upon request.
