Assembly Software 2024 Year in Review

2024 has been one of innovation, collaboration, and growth at Assembly Software. As we wrap up another eventful year, we wanted to reflect on some of the incredible highlights that we have achieved together, from the partnerships that we’ve built to the new cutting-edge case management features added to Neos. 



Released 52 New Neos Features and Enhancements 

Over the last year, we released 52 new Neos features and enhancements that have been integral in helping our customers streamline their legal workflows. Check out some of our favorites below!

• AI-Driven Enhancements: The launch of NeosAI provides AI-driven case management features for firms to streamline legal tasks across their entire case lifecycle. With these new capabilities, users can auto-generate legal documents and summaries, extract data from documents, and with our latest NeosAI Chat release, receive instant answers to save time and ensure accuracy. 

• Dynamic Forms: New customizable forms that can be added on the fly to individual cases or across multiple case types, allowing firms to tailor layouts to their specific workflows.

• Updated Calendar Functionality: The redesigned calendar experience makes it easier to schedule and track important deadlines. It offers the ability to quickly search your calendar, have events in case history, and leverage new cancel and reschedule workflows.

Added New Neos Integrations

This year, we added several third-party integrations, including InfoTrack, Zoom Phone, Smith.ai, and more.

• InfoTrack: We joined forces with InfoTrack to deliver faster day-to-day filing, serving, and expense tracking processes. This collaboration provides lightning-fast eFiling for documents taken directly from Neos, slashing processing times by 300%

• Zoom Phone: This new integration allows for integrated VoIP calling out of Neos, ensuring seamless record keeping of logged calls. 

• Smth.ai: Our partnership with Smith.ai provides a comprehensive customer engagement solution that centralizes communication between law firms and their clients through AI and live agent customer service. 



Launched Additional Neos University Courses

We launched two new Neos Certifications: NeosAI and Advanced User Training, for customers to take their Neos skills to the next level. In 2024 alone, we had over 1,200 customers become certified through our training! You can explore all our available courses and enroll here. 



Awarded Overall Practice Management Solution Provider for 2024

We were thrilled that Assembly Neos was named Overall Practice Management Solution Provider of the Year for 2024 by the LegalTech Breakthrough Awards Program. This recognition also marks the third consecutive year that Assembly Neos has earned back-to-back LegalTech Breakthrough awards, also securing “Practice Management Innovation Of The Year” in 2023 and “Case Management Innovation of The Year” in 2022.
