• NeosAI Executive Case SummaryNeosAI Executive Case Summary instantly generates a high-level case overview— including value insights—so users can quickly grasp case details without digging through tabs or documents.
• Context-Aware AI Chat Chat Location Awareness automatically prompts users to include the record they are viewing in the AI conversation, enabling instant, record-specific questions without manual selection.
• AI Large-Document Support A major AI upgrade now allows processing of documents up to ~4M characters, enabling accurate summaries, generation, and analysis of extremely large case files.
• Enhanced AI Document Generation with Contextual DocumentsContextual Document Generation allows users to include supporting documents so AI can produce more comprehensive, accurate, and context-aware outputs.
• New NeosAI Chat Reasoning ModesAI Reasoning Modes enable the system to analyze case facts, spot gaps, and generate strategic insights, giving users deeper and more precise assistance than factual retrieval alone.

In 2025, Assembly hit a huge security milestone: Neos and NeosAI officially earned SOC 2 Type II compliance after a rigorous independent audit by Insight Assurance. This certification proves our security and reliability controls don’t just look good on paper—they work consistently in the real world. It’s a win that gives our customers even more confidence that their data is safe and our platform is rock-solid.



Awarded 1,870 Neos University Certifications

Assembly offers a multitude of self-paced education options along with our professional live training. These options ensure Neos users are equipped to maximize the case management platform to its fullest potential.

Neos University is our free online learning tool. In 2024 we launched a brand new NeosAI course with 6 modules, which joins the Neos for Beginners and Neos for Admins University courses already available. In 2025, a whopping 1,870 number of Neos users completed courses to become Neos certified. Congratulations to you all!
