Trialworks to NeosSeptember 30, 2024
Neos expert Eric Hill sat down with customers Laura Teets, Seth Green, Celeste and Leslie from Freiwald Law, and Practice Management Consultant Diane Danois for a Q&A session about their real-life experiences transitioning from Trialworks to Neos.
Here’s a recap of the top questions from the session. You can also watch the session on-demand at any time!
Laura Teets: I designed our Neos based on how we used Trialworks, as the bones of Trialworks are in Neos. Neos is more advanced and better. We focused on understanding the new features and aligning them with our existing workflows to minimize disruption.
Diane Danois: This is your big opportunity to change your workflows and clean up data. Embrace the new features Neos offers. Analyze your internal processes from the first client call to case resolution to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Leslie: You often hear negatives like login issues. Eliminating these problems is a relief and improves the experience. We addressed concerns by providing immediate support and ensuring that technical issues were resolved quickly.
Diane Danois: The biggest challenge is adoption. It's crucial to get users comfortable with Neos from day one. Spend time helping them navigate the system to avoid feeling scattered. This involves training sessions and one-on-one support to ensure everyone is on the same page.
Eric Hill: You automatically get 1 TB of data with Microsoft Office 365, plus 10 GB per user account. For example, a firm with 5 users has 1.05 TB of data. If more storage is needed, it can be managed through Microsoft. This setup ensures that firms have ample space for their documents and can easily scale as needed.
Eric Hill: If you need more data, it’s handled through Microsoft Office 365. You can seamlessly upgrade as needed. This ensures that firms can easily expand their storage capacity without significant downtime or disruption.
Jessica Collier: Many have seen Neos evolve. It’s important to reconsider it now as it has become more refined and user-friendly. The updates have focused on improving user experience and adding features that enhance functionality.
Diane Danois: Analyze and refine your workflows from the first client call to case resolution. This involves mapping out each step of your process and identifying areas for improvement.
Seth Green: Neos offers easier functionality and provides a cloud-based solution with remote access and seamless updates.
